Delivery
● How long does delivery take?

Delivery of your order depends on a number of factors. On average, we deliver within 3 business days* from the order date. Local delivery will take 2-5 business days and regional delivery will take 5-7 business days. *Excludes weekends and public holidays.

● Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to street addresses (not P.O. Box addresses) across South Africa.

● Is the cost of delivery included?
Yes, unless otherwise stated, the cost of delivery is included in the checkout price of your order.

● What happens if I’m not there to accept the delivery?
If no one is there to accept the delivery after the third attempt, your order will be returned back to the shipping agents and it will be your responsibility to collect your order from them. Please note, dandelionspirit cannot be held liable for an incorrect shipping address and is not
responsible for any potential delay once your order is out for delivery.

● Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, we don’t keep any stock at our offices so collection isn’t possible.

Returns
● I’m not happy with my order. Can I return it for a refund?
We want you to be 100% obsessed with your order. That’s why, as long as you reach out to us within 5 days of delivery, and your order is in its original condition*, then we’ll be happy to process a full refund. *Includes packaging.

● How and when will my refund reflect?
Once your return has been received, we’ll issue your refund in the same form of the original payment method. It should reflect within 7-10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed. Please note, we treat exchanges as new orders.

● What happens if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged* or incorrect, then you qualify for a full refund. Please contact us at info@dandelionspirit.co.za. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days. 
*Excludes damage from wear and tear.
Cancellations

● Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it’s before your order is already out for delivery.
